It has become an important issue how to properlyconduct risk assessment and risk aversion in theory and business circles, so in thispaper, risk identification, risk assessment and risk response conduct in-depth study notonly has a strong theoretical value, but also has significant practical significance.These papers is based on project risk management perspective and learning fromthe theory of international project risk based on the results, with the method of usingof normative analysis and empirical analysis and the method of combining qualitativeand quantitative analysis. To conduct in-depth analysis of the risk management of realestate projects of Holiday Garden. In this paper, the theoretical results of projects risksin domestic and international were summarized and reviewed, and the risk, riskmanagement and risk management of real estate projects and other key concepts areexactly defined, then the real estate risk management characteristics, methods of riskidentification, risk assessment are summed up, it determines the main content of theresearch and gives a basic work for a follow-up study.
