Since China entered21century, high-tech enterprises especially in IT orientation started their booming time in China. Additionally, many multinational companies also set up factories even product development center in China, which means domestic high-tech enterprises have to face more fierce competition situation. On the other hand, scrambling for qualified technicians becomes more important in surviving both core competitiveness and sustainable development of high-tech enterprises, simply for talent is the carrier of high-technology. However, some high-tech enterprises have to pay for their mistakes due to ignoring technical staff’s needs which caused high job-hopping rate. Nowadays technical staff of after80s becomes the main force, so it is very crucial for high-tech enterprises to get well understanding of the staff’s personality and needs so as to work out tactics accordingly.After briefly discusses the research status and research background, this article analyzes the personality, needs and demission factors of after80s, then summarizes their motivation factors and related suggestions to high-tech enterprises. Furthermore, this article continue to deeply study the most important motivation factor then finally give the particular tactics for high-tech enterprises, that is to optimize current training process and dual tracks career development system based on the characters of technical staff after80s. By quoting information or cases of company SO, it is expected this article can be some help to other high-tech enterprises.
