With Chinese economic growth quickly, and the economic market become international, the small enterprises is the vast majority of China, it is the important part in our national economic. A small enterprise not only to our tax revenue has great benefit, but also solves most job problems; it is stable the economic operation in China’s national economy. But at now, our enterprises’ utside environment more and more complex, uncertain factors grow with each passing day, competition more and more intense. In this environment, the small enterprises want to keep the competition advantage, should be throw the way of financing problems. But the economic crisis of2008, gave the great shock with Chinese small enterprises, although our government take the good measures for us, remission our burden. We are still having many difficult problems after the financial crisis. The key problem is financial problems. Small enterprises are hard to have the flow money from the bank or some financial institution. That is the reason of why the small enterprises can not development.This paper is introduce writer’s work in enterprises financial of the bank, throw research the small enterprises’ inancing way, and make the company become a medium-size enterprise, use the correct financial leverage to change the old way, and make the company’s dream come true.
