Advertisement plays an important role of innovation industry, which acquires more of paragidm shift for advertisement. In recent three decades development, China mainland advertisement has become an important part of the whole world market in terms of number and scale of advertisement.Compared with the international innovation advertisement groups, there are still big gaps. So it is meaningful to think about how to upgrade advertisement industry to adapt to new advertisement development current.The typical case of advertisement in China mainland is Guangdong (Guangzhou) advertisement industry. In1990s it stands for the top-level across the country and it changes with the pace of the competition between national advertisement industries. Fortunately, Guangdong (Guangzhou) advertisement industry stands for the top-level again in this paragidm shift for creative advertisement. So it is worth researching and using for reference.It is obvious that there exists regional development unbalance in China mainland. Guangxi, which is underdeveloped, located in the southwest of China. The advertisement in Guangxi is far more lag behind one in Guangdong (Guangzhou).The call of creative advertisement up-gradation, therefore, is not only the challenge but also good opportunity for Guangxi. It is unlighted to research the Guangdong (Guangzhou) case and make some compariation to have successful experiences of its to go by.
