Environmental Liability Insurance Product Design And Price Calculation Model Research Of China

With economic growth, environmental pollution problems have become an increasing concern of people around the world, China is particularly serious. The face of high environmental pollution phenomena and the open insurance market caused by fierce competition, the establishment of environmental liability insurance product in China is inevitable.First, the paper study the meanings, characteristics, effect control of environmental liability insurance product, analysis the necessity and feasibility of environmental liability insurance product. Then the establishment of China’s current environmental liability insurance product is necessary and feasible.Second, this thesis do a comparative analysis of foreign environmental liability insurance market conditions and the development of environmental liability insurance situation, analysis the reason of the environmental liability insurance pilot failure. Then, this paper identifies the target market research programs, design the questionnaire to determine the sample plan and sample size, collect market research data to make the data analysis, write environmental liability insurance product market research report to find out the design problem of our country environmental liability insurance product.Finally, the paper compares the price calculation method, select the non-life actuarial price method and B-S option price method. In specific research, the selected representative petrochemical industry as the sample data, the application of non-life insurance actuarial determine rate through the sample distribution function to do it, the application of B-S option price estimated price though MATLAB to do single sample K-S test, test sample data to meet the B-S option price application conditions, and calculate the results of environmental liability insurance prices. Ultimately the paper gives a scientific analysis and reference values.
