Research On Information Disclosure Of The Social Responsibility In Zoomlion

In the background of constructing harmonious socialist society in China, the importance of sustainable development is rising and enterprises undertaking social responsibility become a key issue. At present, the violation of social responsibility has caused endless emergencies, including water pollution of Songhua River, becoming the international event, unrest melamine milk incident and children’s blood poisoning cases in Fengxiang of Shanxi. These emergencies all warn us that we should pay attention to social responsibility. Therefore, it is urgent to raise the awareness of corporate social responsibility and regulate the social responsibility behavior. However, because of China’s relatively late start of the study in social responsibility information disclosure, still not forming related normative guidelines, it is a large and long-term project to establish a complete set of laws and regulations in order to fulfill corporate social responsibility institutionalizationally and legalizationallybased on domestic and international academic research of social responsibility, this paper has explored the content and mode of information disclosure of social responsibility, indicating that social responsibility information in five areas should be disclosed in China and conducting a realistic choice in information disclosure mode of social responsibility for the various enterprises under their domestic status. On this basis, this thesis has adopte case analysis and took Zoomlion as object. According to the last three years’ social responsibility reports of Zoomlion, it has analyzed social responsibility information discloseure status in Zoomlion with the method of index score and elaborated the problems in Zoomlion’ disclosure, including not comprehensive content and single mode. At last, the essay has proposed suggestions to how to improve information disclosure quality of social responsibility, pointing out the direction to optimize social responsibility disclosure behavior in enterprises.
