Study On Agriculture Efficiency Based On Extension Method For The Credit Cooperatives Of X County

As the most rural grass-roots of the financial services sector, credit cooperatives are featured with a large team and many outlets.The credit cooperatives play an extremely important role in supporting agriculture financial.Meanwhile,they have made a significant contribution in resolving the problem of rural finance,narrowing the economic gap between urban and rural areas and breaking the urban-rural dual structure.Therefore, the objective assessment of the efficiency will be of great significance for credit cooperatives.Firstly, from the perspective of qualitative,this paper defines the concept of the agriculture efficiency for the X County Credit Cooperatives,and establishes the evaluation index system of agriculture efficiency.Then,from a quantitative point of view,this paper studies the efficiency of rural credit cooperatives and its influencing factors,and calculates the correlation of the layers indicators and the upper index the degree of membership,what are implemented in the computer,then analyzes the efficiency of X-county credit cooperatives by Extension Recognition.And on the basis of the application instance,the paper draws relevant conclusions that the factors,what affect the efficiency of X-county credit cooperatives, include mobile capabilities,ability to withstand risks,profitability,and resource allocation capabilities. These show that what can improve the operational efficiency of credit cooperatives is increasing the core capital adequacy ratio and liquidity, improving the quality of the credit cooperatives, reducing redundant staffing, enhancing in loans to farmers, decreasing the debt ratio and cost-income ratio.Finally on the basis of summing up the instance, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to the X-county credit cooperatives.
