The Research On Project For The Reform Of Jining Water Supply Group

As the foundation and development of the socialist market economy of China and the speeding of Urbanization, more and more problems are appealing on the development of public service of city planning. To optimize the industrial structure, build the modern enterprise system, change the administrative ways, perfect the system of government supervising is the only way to strengthen water utility enterprises.Based on theories on the policy of state industry and some other basic theories, this essay talks about the plan, procedure and measure of reformation through researching the development condition of Jining Water-supply Group. The research shows that the public service organizations need not only system reformation, but also the franchise which could confirm the rights of government. Then the organizations can increase the core competitive power and gain a sustainable and healthy development. Meanwhile, the research also suggests that water utility should develop the regional integration and urban-rural integration, industrialization and enlargement, and come into the market.This work is significant to the system reformation of Jining Water-supply Group, and is also referential to the reformation of public service enterprises.
