To avoid regulation, and to achieve security for "from the field to the table", we need to establish efficient coordination mechanism, and make sure the multiple regulatory departments participating in can cooperate with each other, forming an organic whole..Department coordination is an important component of the government public power operation mechanism, therefore, through this research, in adherence to the segmented supervision, forming a set of efficient, orderly, unified food supervision mechanism.Thus we can effectively eliminate the malpractice of poor coordination of the current segmentation regulatory system, avoid duplication and regulatory gaps, and achieve seamless link.In addition, we can also improve the overall performance of our government management of public affairs, and ensure food safety.The foodsafety regulatory coordination studied in this paper is not a simple inprovement of coordination model, coordinationmeans and ability. Instead, it tends to discuss the deep layer construction of coordination machinism. The paper illustrates connotation and character of coordination and studies the underlying reasons of poor coordination by analysing throughly the inner connection between government public administration and food safety supervision coordination.Based on the analyses, we provide comprehensive coordination machanism which is under control to microscopic reconcile, regulated to specific coordination and principled to macro coordination. Our work can properly solve the problem of overlapping responsibilities and powers not being matched by responsibilities. The article is divided into five parts:the first is the introduction, mainly expounds the purpose of the research significance, the present situation of the research at home and abroad, the thinking method and the Structure of this paper. The second part analyzed the food safety supervision coordination mechanism connotation, pattern and characteristic, with the public management theory as a foundation,. The third part focuses on the process of China’s food safety regulatory coordination mechanism as well as the current situation of Jiaozhou City’s Supervision and coordination of food safety, analyzes the current problems in food safety supervision and coordination, and the causes of the problems were analyzed from the law, system, mechanism and other aspects. The fourth part is the center and focus of the full text. It discussed the principle, countermeasure and suggestion for the establishment of comprehensive food safety supervision coordination mechanism.Put forward countermeasures for the comprehensive coordination mechanism with the main contents as follows:passing perfect laws and regulations, setting mechanism reasonably, scientific and normative function, effective coordination, strict accountability.Thus we can realize coordinate and smooth seamless supervision of food safety.
