AB Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a small high-tech pharmaceutical company specializing inbio-pharmaceutical R&D. It’s one of the first companies that entered the cell growth factormarkets. Now more and more large-scale original enterprise engaged in cell growth factormarkets making this market getting more and more competitive. But now most companies inthis industry are in small size and make a single species of product. Industry mergers andacquisitions become a trend. The specification of the pharmaceutical market has intensifiedthe competition for sales channels, the request of the GMP of the enterprise but alsoexacerbated the competitiveness of enterprises. Pharmaceutical company AB cell growthfactor product manufacturers more products oversupply. In its pre-development process it hasmade a good score, but with the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, marketcompetition is increasingly fierce. How to develop sustainably in the intense and variedcompetition market environment, sustainable development, is AB Pharmaceutical’s currentlythe most urgent needs.In this paper we first use the PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces model toanalyze the opportunities and threats that the pharmaceutical company AB faced. The resultshows that there is little threat to AB pharmaceutical companies. Because of the entrancebarriers there are litter potential entrants. But competitors make the maker more and morecompetitive. The bargaining power of customers and suppliers become stronger and strongermaking the AB company facing threat. The next step is to analyses the company’s internalenvironment. The resources of the company, capacity, and the use of value chain analysis digout the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses. AB pharmaceutical company has strongtechnology development, new product development capabilities, but the company’s currentproduct structure is relatively simple. Obtained through the use of SWOT analysis companypossible strategic options, the next through a combination of the actual situation of enterprises,determine the competitive strategy of the company to take the difference, and strategicpositioning, and finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the company’s differentiation strategy including adjusting the organizational structure to strengthen the company’s humanresources management, strengthening technological innovation, and marketing networksystem, to strengthen the policies and measures, including the building of enterprise culture,with strong pertinence and practicality, to ensure corporate strategic goals.
