| In recent years, belong with the rapid economic development, people’s life quality andconsumption capacity are all improved significantly, at the same time, people’s family valuesare changed, so more and more household service are needed. Under this circumstance, inorder to solve the unemployment problem in Luogang area which cause by the “Farmer toResident” program. Determined by the Women Federation and the Residents’ Committee ofthe community, we prepared to establish He Xinyi Household Service Company, and takestaff system as our company’s business model. Because of this model is really new to themarket, to write a detailed business plan for the company is very necessary.First of the dissertation, we synopsize the relative theory about Business Plan andHousehold service, then introduce the basic information about He Xinyi company, to lay thefoundation for next chapters. In chapter three, we analysis the program’s opportunity in theaspect of environment and market, and take a SWOT analysis of “He Xinyi” company whichbased on its actual situation. In chapter four, we make a market positioning of “He Xinyi”,and the strategic planning is made. Chapter five is about the company’s structure andmanagement system. Chapter six is the financial evaluation about the program, we make aforecast in the program’s income, cost and so on, then calculate useful financial indicators tomake a judgment about the program whether it feasible or not. Chapter seven is the riskanalysis of the program. The last part of the dissertation is a conclusion about this businessplan.We get following views from our research, now the household service industry is in theboom phase, to establish the company at this time is a smart decision and take staff system isalso a wise choice. The program is profitability and can achieve the original intention ofestablish the company-to solve the unemployment problem in Luogang area. If the serviceobject and service area can be expand, the company may have a bright future. |
