The system of enterprise technology correspondent, being carried out, attracts excellenttechnology talents from universities and research institutes to serve for the development ofGuangdong, strengthens the connection between universities, research institutes andenterprises, and promotes the deep cooperation of Industry-university-institute. This is notonly good for building and perfecting long-term mechanism, advancing the transformationand upgrading of enterprises, enhancing the independent innovation ability of enterprises; butalso helps to train and import a lot of high-level technology and management talents forindustries, and train many excellent teachers for universities and research institutes,advancing the ability of serving social economy, driving the reform and development ofhigher education, boosting the transformation and industrialization of technologicalachievement.On the basis of learning from previous research, this paper analyzes the connotation,extension, features and functions of enterprise technology correspondent, selects evaluationindex follow the definite principle based on analyzing the current situation. It develops the jobperformance evaluation system of enterprise technology correspondent using the method ofAHP and entropy, and develops the job performance evaluation model using the method ofDTOPSIS which bases on the combination weight of AHP and entropy, then evaluates theperformance of the job about enterprise technology correspondent of the twenty-one cities ofGuangdong province in the year of2009by using the model, by means of the comparisonbetween the evaluation index and ideal solution or negative ideal solution, it analyzes theexisting problems and takes some cities as topic to research.The research results indicate that the job performance of enterprise technologycorrespondent’s work differs greatly among Guangdong. They can be divided into four types:the first type includes Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the job performance is good; the secondtype includes Foshan, Zhongshan and dongguan, the job performance is ok; the third typeincludes Zhuhai, Qingyuan, Shaoguan and Huizhou, the job performance is just general; thefourth type includes Jiangmen, Jieyang, Meizhou and so on, the job performance is bad.At last, based on the evaluation results and case analysis, and combined with thedevelopment needs of the system of enterprise technology correspondent, this paper givessome measures and advice from the whole, the different types and the coordinated growth ofthem three angles, hoping they can play a role of guidance and reference for establishing thelong-term mechanism in the work of enterprise technology correspondent, and driving forward the sustainable development of the system of technology correspondent. |
