This article based on the social marketing channel’s construction and management of telecom operators as the main line,combined with the practice of The Inner Mongolia Unicom,from the establishment of its own marketing channels,social marketing channels and other aspects,I give a detailed analysis of the social marketing channel’s construction and management problems and solutions,at the same time,how to improve the channel sales ability and service level,the author proposed some views and Evaluation mechanisms,to strengthen the channels of scientific and effective management.The dissertation is combined with three sections,the first part is the basic theory and the background, articulating the research background,motivation,purpose,method and the structure,and introduces the related concepts of marketing channels and marketing theories’development.The second part is the problem analysis,it introduced The Inner Mongolia Unicom own situation and environment,to its own social channels in the construction and management problems are analyzed and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward,using survey data or sample analysis of the solution to the above problem suggestion or methods.The third part is the conclusion and prospect,in the light of the win-win cooperations and incentive factors put forward the marketing channel management of constructive suggestion.Through the study, we can see that the marketing channel of Inner Mongolia Unicorn’s development in the crucial role, especially the social marketing channel for the company’s development is very important. In order to manage the social channels better, cogent play social channels in Inner Mongolia Unicom channel system’s effect, I think we should set up some management assessment mechanism, marketing channels from the aspects covered layer upon layer assessment, multiple excitation levels, with a view to social marketing channels to be healthy, effective development.
