The Research Of Debit And Credit Sides Of Folk Of In Eastem Inner Mongolia

This article concerns about the debit and credit sides of folk in Inner Mongolia. Basis from the research of eastern part of Inner Mongolia and combines with the view and methods of ethnology and sociology, it mainly talks about the debit and credit problem of herdsmen and peasants. It discussed about how the conditions formed and comes up with the legitimacy of this problem, and the idea of how to make it standard. At the same time it gives some solutions of deepen reform the finance system of country areas, ensure people living, increase income of peasants etc.This passage formed by seven parts.The introduction is about the background of choosing the topic, the brief conclusion of debit and credit problem of china, the aims and means of the topic and the methods and steps of this essay. The first chapter is the basic conditions of Daiqintal, Right Flank Horqin. It introduces from the geography, population and living conditions. The second chapter mainly talks about the differences of loan on credit, folk debit and usurious. The third chapter gives the introduction of the debit conditions of Daiqintal. It Analysis from the age form, education form, and the income and usage of a family. I have done the quantitative analysations of scope of debit and credit, main part of it, the people gives the debit, the type of the debit and credit,the date, rate and the contract of the debit. The forth chapter analyzes from the forming reasons of debit and credit. The analysations is viewing from the feature of debit and credit, the disadvantages of the legal finance system in the country areas and the influences of folk debit and credit. In the fifth chapter, it analyzes from the culture influences of country debit and credit, the social net of folk debit and credit and its forming theory. And also its influences of the social finance. In the last part,the writer initially put forward the developing tendency of the folk debit and credit and the problem of increasing income of peasants and herdsmen.
