Ethnic Minority Region As A Whole In Urban And Rural Areas Are Faced With The Problem And Its Countermeasures

As one of the strategies in "Five overall plans" in society, environment, and coordinate development of environment; the strategy of balancing urban and rural development has a long history and profound realistic significance.This paper is concerned with the strategy of balancing urban and rural development in minority areas. Using the example of Erdos City Hampshire town, this paper intended to analyze the problem in the strategy of balancing urban and rural development in this town, and try to find solutions for it. On the basis of the history documents on the strategy of balancing urban and rural development, this paper explained the connotation of balancing urban and rural development, combined with the symptom of Erdos City Hampshire town, this paper put forward new strategies in the development of minority area and rural areas.From the perspective of minority areas, this paper provided theories for the strategies in balancing urban and rural development in minority areas, as a result, it has a certain referential significance on the sustainable development of the society.
