Construction of Erdos municipal party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to housing security system,"Each person has a residence" as the city Party Committee and Government’s responsibility and an important task of building socialism harmonious society.On the basis of the predecessor, Combination of DongSheng reality, Analyzed research Dongsheng District housing security system status quo and problems:affordable housing, capital, land may not be implemented; narrow coverage and the coverage of the housing fund; multi-level housing security system operation specifications, and to propose effective measuresmeasures:to establish and improve related laws and regulations; to raise awareness, to protect the land of funds put in place; improve the housing accumulation fund system; the establishment of a multi-level housing security system. Through these measures, in order to be useful to further improve the Dongsheng District housing security system.These researches promoted perfection of guarantee system construction of socialism, added the theory of social housing prombles, promoted affordable housing development and perfection of the laws and regulations of China.
