Researeh On The "Two Type" Development Mode Of Small Towns In Changsha City

For a long time, China implement the development strategy of "urban bias", which makes our country’s urban-rural gap widen and urban-rural dual structure unusually prominent, and the shackles hinder coordinated development of China’s urban and rural, industrial and agricultural.The construction of small towns is of great strategic significance, caused a society attention of each respect. Throughout the construction of small towns is warming, whose outcomes are also increasingly apparent.In August2010, Hunan provincial government made to promote" two type society" construction, accelerate advance new-style urbanization decision, the new-type urbanization as the adjustment focus of economic structure strategic and the basic way of do away with urban-rural dual structure, pointed out to take the new urbanization way of resource-saving and environment-friendly, cost-effective, social harmony, and medium cities and small towns, urban and rural areas coordinated development.With the rapid development of industrialization, Changsha urban expansion is rapidly and the level of urbanization improve continuously, in contrast, small town construction is lagging behind, puting the urbanization process a short leg.under such background, this paper put forward the two type urbanization development philosophy, build the theme of "two type" of small town construction mode, thoroughly and systematically study how to promote the Changsha City,to provide some theoretical guidance and policy advice for the development of small towns in Changsha surrounding areas.The content of this paper includes six parts. The introduction part mainly analysis the background of the thesis, review at home and abroad, so as the research significance and main contents.Chapter Ⅱ mainly describe the law of development of urbanization, the research of the urbanization and so on, analyze several model of small towns in domestic and foreign,while taking a detailed explanation of the content and task of the" two type " urbanization. Chapter Ⅲ introduce the basic situation of Changsha City, inspect the Changsha city urbanization development process and development characteristics.Based on the review of nearly60 years of the development process of urbanization in Changsha City, summe up the characteristics and the problems of urbanization in Changsha City, point out that advance the "two type" of urbanization in Changsha important significantly. At the same time,favorable conditions and limiting factors of the "two type" promotion in Changsha City surrounding area are also analyzed.In the Chapter IV, on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and international urbanization development model build the actual six" two type " development mode of small towns.The six kinds of typical mode are the" new-style industrialized development model of small town"," urban agriculture development mode of small town"," ecological livable development mode of small town "," tourism traction development model of small town"," trade logistics linkage development model of small town" and" special resources development mode of small town ".More in-depth theoretical analysis of these different models are made, including contents, features, development of idea and development framework.Through on the analysis of getang Town, chapter V further explain the connotation and denotation of the mode of construction of small towns, analyze and classify small towns in ChangSha, pointing out the suitable development mode for various small towns.The final chapter include how to implement the development and put forward counter-measures and promoting strategy.
