In the first part of this case study, We make a comprehensive introduction of production and management of Hunan ZhongWang engineering machinery equipment Co.,LTD., of which mainly introduces its brand construction, internal organizational characteristics, marketing strategy implementation of several specific aspects of the achievements, base on the analysis of the Chinese mining machinery market, especially the Hunan excavator market’s structure, features and competition situation. And then from the aspects of the company’s specific financing services, intelligence service and other service marketing means, we analyze new opportunities and challenges it is facing aswell as Sandy excavator agent in Hunan province.In the analysis part, according to the logical thinking way in which it is from theory to practice, and then back to the theory, and base on the conception of marketing, service marketing, customer’s satisfaction and4C marketing theory, we have a from the brand characteristics, we summarize and analyze the reasons for quick developing of Zhongwan company. Finally we indicate that Zhongwan company can also enhance its competition by setting good profit goal, specific way of promotion and developing the market as well as the same sorts of companies in China.
