Abstract/Summary:
The evolution from world economy can be seen as the process that economicstructure adjusts ceaselessly at the same time. After financial crisis in2008, controlpolicy has shifted significantly increasing security,improving economy restructuringand preventing inflation to ward off the cold winter of this season.Expandingdomestic demand,optimizing industrial structure, reforming the form of economygrowth are priority tasks for macro-control policy.During the two sessions in2010, the Central Government held Symposium onXinjiang development, approved of the Counterpart Aid program. With the help ofother region, Xinjiang is ushering in an unprecedented business opportunities andtechnical challenges.Meanwhile, Xinjiang should prepare for accepting industrialtransfer ahead of schedule. We should form special industrial cluster dealing withactual condition in Xinjiang.Then we will rely on technological innovation, energyconservation and emissions reduction to promote upgrading and optimization of theindustrial structure. The rationalize of dweller consumption structure is the dynamicprocess of a ceaseless development.Then it will help promote economic developmentand enhance the comprehensive national strength.In the paper, the author takes Xinjiang as an example, trying to analyze therelationship between the consumption structure and industrial structure, in order tocarry out a harmonious development. Based on the present conditions of economystructure, the author collect data for both quantitative and qualitative analysis toexplain the phenomenon.
