The Legal System Construction Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance In China

China is a large agricultural country in which the agricultural people occupy the60%of the total population."Agriculture, Peasont, Countryside" has always been the most important issue of the government, which related to the developing of the social economy as well as the building of the moderately prosperous society. Endowment problem is always the huge stone which press upon the peasonts in China. The important task of the current work of the government is to provide endowment security for those peasants. So, the rural social endowment insurance is the core content of the rural social endowment security. The establishment and the completment of the legal system of the rural social endowment insurance is an important issue, which is in favor of the protection of the fandamental rights of the peasants as well as the advancement of rural economy and the protection of the social stability.This article first analysis the basic theory of the legal system of the rural social endowment insurance, in order to clear the related concepts. Second, this article studys the current legal system of the rural social endowment insurance, analysis the necessity of the completment of the rural social endowment insurance. At last, the author puts forward my own scheme of how to complete our country’s rural social endowment insurance, which is learned from the advanced experience of the foreign countries.
