C Company is a global leading company in management consulting, information technology and business outsourcing, among top fortune500enterprises of the world. Dalian branch of the C company, providing accounting, CIO, HR, purchasing&supply chain and pharmaceutical outsourcing services to the client around Asia, Europe and Africa regions. As business growth fast, talent diversification and recruiting efficiency was becoming very critical to operation.In order to meet business requirement and improve current hiring process, I propose improvement plan and strategy in this paper after studied and analyze some database and report, integrate actual situation and issue. Hope to enhance sourcing channel, predigest recruiting process and optimize human recourses.This thesis covers below contents,1. Study background, purpose and related academic research in the world, include the effectiveness of recruiting, the management of knowledge-oriented staff.2. Synthetically study and theories related. They are theory of Employee and Organization, incentive theory.3. Current human resource issue and analysis report in BPO of C Company. It provides basic structure and direction.4. Proposal of BPO multiple human resource deployment include Hiring process and channel improvement, Employee retention and internal transfer program, Training and performance management5. Implement of BPO multiple human resource deployment; include the method of implement, the process of implement and the result of implement.In general, this thesis is providing a solution to improve current hiring process and channel, developing new method to deploy and keep talent in the enterprise, increasing productivity and efficiency.
