Recently, under the advocacy and promotion of the country’s new energy policy, solar water heating systems engineering market ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Then it proposes the framework, the basic method and the difficulties, based on the review of the related study on project risk management and the relative papers about solar energy projects. Secondly, it analyzes this project’s similarities and differences and the target of its risk management compared with other projects of this Group. Subsequent study is about the concept and the path of the risk factor identification. Then it gets the conclusion of the risk factors of the HM Group A solar hot water system project from many aspects, including the project teams, the program design, the quality of equipment and the costs and so on. And it gives the pointed strategies for the risk prevention.
