In today’s dynamic and complicated market competition environment, the enterprise’s competitive advantage is often fleeting. As an update to the enterprise’s own abilities, dynamic capabilities can make the enterprise’s resources and abilities matching the dynamic market environment, thus it becomes a new source of creating and maintaining competitive advantage. Theorists, businesses and the governments often focus on how to obtain dynamic capabilities, while ignoring the sustainable development of capabilities. In fact, the enterprises have formed dynamic capabilities more or less in responding to the environment. However, due to capability limitations and the enterprise inert factors, it’s difficult to maintain long-term dynamic capabilities, which finally hinder the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, how to create and maintain and develop the enterprise dynamic capabilities, realizing the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities is a more severe challenge faced by enterprises. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational immunity and the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities through theoretical analysis, and put forward the sustainable development realization mechanism and countermeasures of dynamic capabilities based on organizational immunity.First, the study systematically combs the relevant literatures about dynamic capability theory and organization immunity theory, and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research perspectives of dynamic capabilities, and then proposes the theoretical and practical value to study dynamic capabilities from a new perspective of organizational immunity. Second, analyzes the possible obstacles in the process of the development of enterprise dynamic capabilities, points out that these obstacles easily cause enterprises "inertia" thinking, sticking to the existing abilities and advantages, and lacking of change and innovation power, which eventually led to hard continue of enterprises in the fierce competition. While the organizational immunity can effectively resist from various threats and risks internal and external of the enterprise, maintaining the health and stability of the organization, so it’s an effective way for enterprises to realize the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities. Third, puts forward the base and realization mechanism of the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities based on the two dimensions of organizational immunity. Among them, the three elements of nonspecific immunity, which are structure, system and culture, play a fundamental role, while the four links of specific immunity, which contains monitors, variation, selection and memory, not only embodies the corresponding ability dimensions, but also contributed to the co-evolution between the four dimensions of dynamic capabilities, which achieving the sustainable development of the dynamic capabilities. Finally, taking the Haier group for example, the study applies and verifies the arguments put forward by the previous chapters, and puts forward countermeasures of sustainable development of dynamic capabilities, separately from the two level of nonspecific immunity and specific immunity.The innovation of this paper is to study the sustainable development of enterprise dynamic capabilities from the new perspective of organizational immunity, and points out the relationship between organizational immunity and the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities, and puts forward a dynamic capability system, which contains insight ability, innovation ability, selection ability and learning ability, and explores the realization mechanism and countermeasures of the sustainable development of dynamic capabilities based on organizational immunity. The paper makes an effective integration of organizational immunity theory and dynamic capability theory, provides new ideas and models for the development practice of dynamic capabilities, which can play a certain role of guidance and reference.
