During the War of Independence and the Civil War, the foreign policy of Angola centered on its military affairs and security. After the Independence, the formulation of Angola’s foreign policy reflected more on its own actual needs while it continued to keep in close touch with its traditional allies. Currently, the priority of Angola’s national work is its economic development, which is evidently embodied in its foreign policy and exchange activity. Therefore, Angola looks on the foreign policy of Russia and Brazil in a new perspective.In recent years, Brazil has emerged as both a regional power in Latin America and a so-called "middle power" within the broader international community. The aim of Brazil’s foreign policy is to raise its own international status, which is directly embodied in its pursuit of the Permanent Membership of UN Security Council all the time. In order to exploit the international market and obtain political support, Brazil pays more and more attention to the extensive continent of Africa.There are few articles to introduce the trade and economic cooperation in Angola and Brazil, and most of the articles only a general introduction to the cooperation between the two sides, so I hope that through systematic analysis of economic and trade cooperation in Angola and Brazil, and as a reference for China’s non-policy.
