As well as the implementation situation of migrant workers health insurance in someareas, studied the current situation of implementation of China’s migrant workershealth insurance.Conscientiously sum up the problems in the implementation ofmigrant workers health insurance: low level of guarantee, security objects is not clear,security objects is not comprehensive, medical payment mechanism unscientific,medical transfer and connecting mechanisms are imperfect. And separately from thesystem design, migrant workers itself, business and government management aspectsconducted a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the problem on migrant workershealth insurance implementation. Finally the paper also in depth probe effectivecountermeasures,to improve China’s migrant workers health insuranceimplementation effect.Trying to be helpful for future migrant workers medicalinsurance theoretical exploration and concrete practice.
