| Land resources are the material basis of human survival and development. It is directly related to the sustainable development of the national economy to grasp the number of land resources, its quality, its distribution and its development trends timely and accurately. In order to get the yearly land-use change promptly and maintain the newly data of land investigation, based on the Law of Land Administration,the Regulations on the Land Investigation, and the National Second Land Investigation, Ministry of Land and Resources carried out the yearly project of land-use change survey and remote sensing and monitoring in2010.Our country has lunched the Land-use Change Survey with the new mechanism and new method since2010. Compared with the past method, the difference is very obvious. It is key to carry out the Field Investigation absolutely to ensure the accuracy of the results of the land-use change survey. At present, there are some problems like non-standard, inaccurate data, long-time survey etc while carrying out Field Investigation. The paper focused on the analysis and evaluation of the results of national-level Field Investigation so as to find the solutions to the problems, and construct the technical methods with the application of RS and GPS. Four solutions are as follows:to ensure extraction principles, to make extraction standard, to set recognizing standard, and to design outdoor working methods.The construction of method system of field investigation has great significance in controlling quality and ensuring the results’accuracy to better serve our country’s social and economic development. And it also has great significance in reducing the investment in the finance and human resources of field investigation.The innovation point of the paper is to construct the method system of field investigation, based on the results of field investigation about national land-use change survey of2010. |
