Research On Transport Demand And Supply Matching Of Daqin Railway

To take full advantage of the transport capacity and complete the task of coal traffic volume, Daqin railway formulates and implements production plan according to the mode that the demand depends on the transport. A result, the actual coal transport demand of Daqin Railway does not match with transport supply in the amount of coal, types of coal,and other aspects;coal customer’s needs are not met; coal is piled up in port; the trains can not unload coal in the ports and only stay at the stations to wait for unloading, resulting in slow turnover of the fixed vehicle bottoms and eventually leading to loss of transport supply capacity of Daqin Railway. In order to avoid the occurrence of the above phenomenon, it is necessary to research on transport demand and supply matching of Daqin railway.The paper first analyzed the main influence factors of transport supply and demand of Daqin Railway. Influence factors of transport demand of Daqin Railway were divided into direct influence factors, indirect influence factors and combined influence factors.Influence factors of transport supply were divided into external factors and internal factors.Then,the main factors that affected the importance of transport demand of customers of Daqin Railway were analyzed. On this basis, the evaluation index system of the importance of transport demand was constructed. By analyzing the the advantages,disadvantages and the scope of application of various evaluation methods, the paper used the gray comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the importance of transport demand and studied the case indicating that this method was feasible.Finally,on the basis of the above studies, according to the characteristics of Daqin railway transport, transport supply and demand matching model of Daqin railway was established. The model can reasonably distribute transport supply for transport demand,making matching degree of transport demand and supply the largest. The model was an integer linear programming model.According to the characteristics of the model, this paper designed a heuristic algorithm, and analyzed the computational complexity,which was a polynomial function.The effectiveness of the model and the algorithm were verified through case analysis and research.
