Analysis and locating the logistics facilities have important theoretical significance and using value to minimize the entire supply chain system costs, improve the operational efficiency and enhance the flexibility of the distribution network with path optimization problems based on supply chain logistics network.Based on integrating the supply chain distribution network, the distribution center orientation, locating and business plan are analyzed. The theoretical model of product distribution network is proposed, and the distribution center location and distribution center operation plan are also summarized and analyzed.From the hierarchy of the distribution system, the plan period, the decision-making, location, the vehicle number and path, the distribution center location optimization problem is researched. Also, the constraints of customer needs and network matching are researched with modeling multiple path problems. Maximum flow method is used to optimize the solution, and from the project, this method is probed to be reliable.To establish the model of no vehicle loading constrains, location path cost optimization method based on the crossover and mutation genetic algorithm is improved. As the background of manufacturing product, using the crossover and mutation genetic algorithm is better than using the ordinary, which can be reduced to21.4%in distribution costs and has stronger optimization.
