From December11,2001China joined the WTO, the foreign trade volume accounting less than4%of the amount of the global foreign trade ranks the sixth in the world, to2007, the total import and export volume ranks the second in the world, and the export amount ranks the first, total value of foreign trade is nearly10%in world. intermediate after Only6years, China created a miracle. However, the growth of foreign trade in China mainly increased in quantity.The reality tells us that joining in the process of internationalization, may not obtain the absolute profit from international division and foreign trade. And also to pursuit the expansion of quantity has been constrained by many factors, just like the market, resources and so on. If we can not do some self inspection and adjustment in the changing environment, we will be caught up by other economic countries.
