The four has mature market background in China, so it can bedrawn lessons from for our country. Finally introduced the significance of breakingthe "unified" insurance legislation mode, using the" two yuan" insurance law modeland the establishment of agricultural catastrophe insurance law. By establishing thislaw, not only can regulate the insurance market, promote the healthy steadydevelopment, help execute the policy of the agriculture, and fully protect the interestsof farmers, but also can improve China’s legal system and conform with internationallegal system.
