Study On Eco-tourism Area Planning In The Outskirts Of City

Recently, with enhancement of environment concern, Eco-tourism has become an important way to the global tourism sustainable development. The crisis of tourist environment is becoming more and more serious with the development of tourism. Consequently, ecology systematic planning for tour environment is paid more and more attention by the Eco-tourists and planners. All over the world, many researchers have been developed on the eco-tourism planning work. The study on ecotourism area could help people to understand the important of environment portents. It is necessary not only to the harmony between environment and tourism, but also to the construction of ecotourism systematic planning. It can help to increase local citizen level and get better economic result too. Ecotourism system is made up by four elements:eco-tourist, ecotourism environment, and ecotourism industry and ecotourism resources. Revolving, competing and increasing efficiency is the three functions of ecotourism system. It has the four features of entirety, administrative levels, controlling and harmony. The essence of planning is to protect environment on the base of development of ecotourism area. The thesis summarized the ecotourism planning theory framework base on the main home and abroad tourist planning theory. This paper gives individual opinion to how to build ecotourism systematic planning. At the same time, according to the program of ecotourism systematic planning, this paper summarizes the principles and methods of ecotourism systematic planning and provides the base to the following case. On the base of introducing of the principles of ecotourism planning, the thesis provides a planning for Hulan East District Ecotourism area along the river. Firstly, this paper introduces the brief situation in Hulan east district, including geographic condition, social and economic condition and ecotourism condition. This paper made the general planning for Hulan east district combined with resource condition of this area. The content includes general planning rules, landscape planning, organized to this ecotourism program. In addition, this paper gives a detailed introduction to environmental protecting planning. At last, this paper made a summary for the influence of developing Hulan east district ecotourism area along the river. Because limited time and level, many opinion in this paper is immature, hopping to make limited contribution to the ecotourism planning theory research and practice planning through this case studying.
