Shaanxi Folk Investment Development Research

Since the reform and opening up, as China’s economic system reform step by step, the investment and financing system of China has been in adjustment and reform. Along with the capital market development, private capital investment in market main body is becoming more prominent, the scale of investment continued to grow, the investment domain is extended ceaselessly, civilian capital in China’s economic development plays an increasingly important role in. And is located in the northwest region of Shaanxi province the bridgehead, due to historical and geographical reasons, private capital investment in the pace of development has lagged behind the eastern coastal provinces. Therefore, to compare the effects of coastal Shaanxi province and province folk investment factors, looking for two provincial folk to invest development gap, enact measure, activation of Shaanxi folk capital investment enthusiasm, proceed with determination, not only is Shaanxi economy development urgent need, but also the Ministry of our country thing balanced development needs.This article bases on this, selecting Shaanxi and Zhejiang two provinces were analyzed. Western private investment development is earlier, relates to the theory is more also, so this paper relates to the Western folk investment related theories, and then briefly combed our country since founding a state the development status of folk investment theory. Secondly, from the three aspects respectively made two folk investment analysis:a comparative evaluation of two folk investment status of the comparative evaluation and analysis; two is the two province folk investment to the region and GDP employment effect contrast analysis; three is the two province folk investment influence factors. Finally from the development of the private investment, tamp foundation to encourage private investment in the Shaanxi urbanization construction, establishing a plurality of modern financial system, build for private investment and development environment of software and hardware and relaxed to invest a domain to carry out fair market admittance system five aspects put forward policy suggestion.
