Research Of Personalized Push Technology On Agricultural Information

The rural development in China is relatively backward, and agriculture production has significant regionality and seasonality. For rural users, their cultural qualities are generally low and knowledge acquisition skills are weak. So, it is a practical method for rural users to be provided with the proactive, timely and effective information service to apply the personalized information services push technology. In this paper, focusing on the issues of the low quality and lack of personalized in the agricultural information service processes, the agricultural information classification, the interest updated and interest management of the rural users, user classification, and information services push technology were studied.The major tasks of this paper were as follows:(1) Based on time attribute, relation attribute and type attribute, the technology of the three-dimensional specific visualization of information were proposed; and the agricultural information comprehensive classification method based on the closely relationship of the three-dimensional specific visualization technology, knowledge management and agricultural industry chain was established;(2) Combined with mathematical modeling technology, three-dimensional information specific technology and quantitative technology, the updated model of user interest and user interest management model were built;(3) Combined with GA, BP neural network and multiple linear regression, the rural users classification model was brought forward to solve the problems of reasonable user classification in the process of information push service, and the experimental verification showed that the model has higher classification accuracy than GA, the multiple regression, the BP neural network classification method respectively;(4) The effects of the regional difference, the time difference, the information channels difference and the cultural level differences on the quality of agricultural information services were studied; and the regional partition push, the time-phased push, the memory push and the differentiated push as new methods in agricultural information services were put forward;(5) The prototype of agricultural information personalized push system was designed based on the above studies.
