With the arrival of the era of mobile Internet, the traditional information industry operation mode is being broken and the new operation mode is forming. So far, the pattern of competition of three big communication operators in3G era has a bigger change than in2G eras. All operators will be faced with more opportunities and challenges and the competition will be more intense. The arrival of the age of3G is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge for mobile phone manufacturers、the Internet companies、consuming electronics companies and network operators, and they actively participate in the mobile Internet market competition. In such a competitive background, enterprises have become the comprehensive competition of service, price and business innovation and so on from the pure technology competition and price competition. Gradually, service marketing has become one of the key factors of the enterprise competition. Inner Mongolia mobile companies should seize the early3G operation of the good development opportunities and play a unique competitive advantage in the aspects of spreading brand value、improving customer service ability and enhancing service quality. Nowadays, mobile Internet is rising. If we can possess a complete and mature Internet service marketing system, that will lay a solid foundation in aspects of the user resources、the brand value and service support, and we can introduce the best internet marketing service to the mobile phone and make it become the strong support in the operation of the internet in the future.Using literature review and case study method, firstly, the paper expounded the knowledge of service marketing theory and the development situation of Inner Mongolia mobile web portal. Secondly, we used seven elements of service marketing to study mobile web portal from the angle of the marketing study and proposed several measures. We hope that the paper can have certain significance in ascending and improving customer service and satisfaction of China mobile Inner Mongolia branch.
