Rare Earth High-tech Zone of financing by the status quo and problems of analysis, and Bi Xian, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and financing system of the experiences and practices, identify the Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone in the financing system for building some of the deficiencies and should learn from the place.
