As consumers can choose large scopes of catering and beverage enterprises, the market competition is aggravate and the rise of cost for catering enterprises to attract customers, the key for enterprise survival and development is how to improve and maintenance of customer s’ loyalty. The formulation and implementation strategy of customers loyalty management benefit the enterprise to meet customer demand for differentiated services, the enterprise customers can establish and maintain long-term, interactive security relations. Therefore, the establishment and protection of customers’loyalty increasingly become a focal point in the customer relationship management theory and business circles.Based on the former research, this article constructs the model of factors affecting the customers’loyalty with empirical method, and in the light of Changsha time-honored brand catering enterprises as the object; I empirically test the inner relationship between various factors and the drive mechanism to the customers’loyalty in the mode. This research mainly includes the following aspects:first, basis on the literature study of the scholars in the past, I analysis and discuss forming mechanism for the customers’loyalty; Second, combined with the characteristics of time-honored brand catering enterprises, I analysis the factors influence customers’loyalty, relationships between these factors, and construct the theoretical model; Finally, by building structure equation model, I analyze the each influencing factors’function to customers’loyalty.The main conclusion of this paper is:(1)Customers’satisfaction is vital to improve customers’loyalty.(2)The customers’trust also plays a important role in the process of improving customers’loyalty.(3)The rise in service quality is the basic factors to improve customers’loyalty.(4) Transformation cost is conducive to raise customer choice cost, at the same time, the positive increase of transformation cost benefits to improve customers’loyalty.(5)The enterprise image plays an irreplaceable role in forming customers’loyalty to the time-honored brand catering enterprises.
