During30years of reform and opening up, China’s economic has achieved a rapiddevelopment, comprehensive national strength has been enhanced, and our country has become oneof the world’s most important economies. In2010, China’s GDP has surpassed Japan to become theworld’s second largest economy, only after the United States. In2011, China’s import and exportvalue is$3.64206trillion, up22.5%. The economic strength makes an attention to RMBinternationalization.China’s economic is growing rapidly, at the same time, our country has carried morecooperation with Asian countries on economic and trade actively, and then promote the economicdevelopment in Asia. In2011, the trade value of China and Asia totaled$1.90303trillion, anincrease of21.5%, accounting for52.3%of the total amount of the national foreign trade. AsChina’s status has been improved in economic system in Asia, the voice of the RMBinternationalization is becoming higher and higher.At present, China is actively promoting the internationalization of the RMB; in addition theRMB has been in wide circulation in neighboring countries. Along with the depth degree of theRMB internationalization, the risks produced in the process of RMB internationalization and theinternational after should not be ignored.Starting from the current situation of RMB internationalization, this paper reviewed theinternationalization process of the dollar and the yen, and then got a conclusion after analysis that inthe process of and the international later, the RMB internationalization may interfere with China’smacroeconomic regulation and control capabilities, the development stability of economic andfinancial will be influenced.So we should improve the operating mechanism of our country’seconomic and financial market to prevent and control the potential risk, so as to ensure that theRMB internationalization has a better development.
