Logistics has a significant influence in our daily life, market economy andeven national economic. The logistics park can create various advantages from itsstrategic and sustainable development. The development of Logistics Park is the keyto Chinese modern logistics industry; therefore, this is extremely vital to study theplanning and design of Logistics Park. To realize the effectiveness of resourcesallocation, unify logistics and transport, highly information and intellectualise inlogistics, the governments follow the planning of national logistics systems to designlogistics parks. Although currently, this is just the beginning of Logistics Parks, thisindustry develops towards its bright future. In this situation, to study the layout andlocation can assist the planning of logistics part, the design of urban landscape, theallocation of resources and also it can avoid the problems caused by blindness.Firstly, the relationship between city and logistics, and the importance oflogistics part in city was discussed. From the literature review related to the currentsituations of logistics part, the issues and experiences of logistics part weresummarised. Secondly, from the perspective of location of logistics park, themodelling from BP was discussed as a approach to solve the problems caused by theinfluences of subjective factors and simple of location model. The MATLAB softwarewas used in this section. The prediction model of logistics parks’ location was basedon the GM(1,1) of Metabolism and Exponential smoothing method. At last, theapproach of Construction parameters was adopted to improve the layout of logisticspark.Based on the case study–a logistics park in Fuzhou, the corrections of BPNeural Network were tested. Then, the result of this algorithm also was comparedwith the parameters in this logistics park. At last, the suggestions of improve werepresented. The MATLAB7.0and CAD were used as assistance to prove validity andeffectiveness of this study. It had theoretical significant on Logistics park layoutplanning and Location.
