Channels Of Communication Quality And Study On The Relationship Between The Characteristics Of The Border Personnel Interaction

The smooth flow of information communication is the important guarantee of thenormal operation and management. In the channel between organizations and the flowof information through the channel boundary personnel to perform, the informationcommunication behavior is the channel of communication. Channels of communicationas a tool in the channel operation plays a vital role, for the channel member, attached tothe boundary of staff interaction characteristics and channel communication behavior, toavoid damaging the channel conflict, promote channel communication quality will behelpful to improve the entire marketing channel performance. However, scholars in thestudy of channels of communication and efficiency, mostly focus on channelassignment and channel environment and the channels of communication effects,interorganizational relationships and interpersonal interaction in the channels ofcommunication and the role.It has been seriously insufficient. Therefore, this paperaims to answer the following questions:" channel boundary of interactive features on thechannels of communication quality is what effect?"The main research work and conclusion of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly, expounds the thesis selected topic background and the research significance,pointed out the channel boundary of interactive features on the channels ofcommunication quality influence between the channel member’s development has acertain theoretical value and practical significance.Secondly, an overview of relevantresearch, focuses on the study of channel boundary personnel interaction characteristicsof important significance: on the one hand, clarifies the research scope and theoreticalbasis, on the existing channel relations theory is presented, and pointing out theimportance of channels of communication, so as to demonstrate the research basis; onthe other hand, from the domestic and foreign channels, channels of communication,channel boundary personnel research status from three aspects such as combing themain research results of this paper, so as to provide the research perspective andanalysis tools; then, expounds in detail the characteristics of channel boundary of staff,combined with China’s unique cultural factors and social economy system selects thethree most representative the boundary of interactive features: interpersonalrelationships, opportunism behavior tendency and common commercial values; finally,pointed out the existing literature on the research of channel communication deficiencies, clear the main research questions.Thirdly, according to the results ofprevious studies, and states the research hypothesis, construct the channelboundary ofinteractive features on the channels of communication quality influence model. Fourthly,the research object, through a questionnaire survey, collect survey data, the use ofcorrelation analysis, regression analysis to test the hypothesis. To verify the conclusionsindicate that: channel boundary between the good interpersonal relationship to fullinformation, information timeliness, the credibility of information has a positive effect;channel boundary staff perceived opportunism behavior tendency of informationintegrity, information sufficiency, accuracy of information, the credibility ofinformation have negative significant influence; channel boundary between commonbusiness values on the channels of communication quality evaluation index hassignificantly positive influence.
