Research On The Significance And Routes Of Expanding The Medium-sized Income People’s Proportion

“Expanding the middle-income people’s proportion” has been the focus of attention ofthe whole society. Right now, the middle-income people’s proportion is relative low, andthere are much of problems and contradictions, which don’t play a positive role to ourcountry’s social stability. In order to keep the stability of the society and structure theharmonious society, our country proceed to carry out reform of socialist market economicsystem in China, our government should expand the middle-income people’s proportion withvaried of routes, which can form a oval income distribution pattern that is small at both sidesand big in the middle, high-income people and low-income people are in the majority andmiddle-income people in the minority.Based on the extensive reading researches, this paper starts with the current situation ofour national middle-income people’s proportion, analyzes the main restrained factors of theexpanding of the middle-income people’s proportion, and analyzes the significant ofexpanding the middle-income people’s proportion. Based on the above analysis, this paperputs forward five routes of middle-income people’s proportion: encouraging and supportingpeople to become self-employed; improving laborers’quality; creating conditions to letpeople to have more property income; speeding up development of urbanization andindustrialization and distributing according to contribution of production factors.This paper analysis the present situation and the cause of our country’s middle-incomepeople’s low proportion and get the reality right; the analysis of the meanings of expandingthe middle-income people’s proportion is to call more attention of the people to the matter;the research of the routes of expanding the middle-income people’s proportion can push todepth of this aspect, which can bring workable consideration for how to expand themiddle-income people’s proportion.
