How toenhance the cities of economic influence and leading role, so that the core of the cityleading role of cities to effectively play and in-depth cooperation to solve the problemof optimal choice. This article is based, and hope for the cooperation between the twocities to provide some solutions.This article first obtained from the Beijing and Tianjin, the economic conditionspresent on the basis of the difference and the new urban functions and positioningbetween the two cities, not only on the conditions for the development ofcomplementary, but also between the two cities economic structure which is also inthe different levels of development stage and so on. On the basis of this analysis, thispaper presents the specific measures and policy proposals for cooperation between thetwo cities.
