As the growth of economic goloblization, the world economy is no more than a single unit which do not have relation, but a whole unit, which through the interaction between the countries. The rapid growth of technology after the World War two provide the material foundation for the world trade.At the same time,the establishment of variaties of international agencies like WTO provide the legal protection and dispute settlement mechanism.With the stimulation of these factors, international trade is more prosperity, and impact every contries. Nowadays, countries trade around the world grow impressively. With the volume of trade between countries, there are some new phenomenon arising, especially the impoverishment which attracted the attention of the scholars in every countries. Only solve the problem of the poverity, and give full play of their comparative advantages, using the comparative advantage resources to develop their international trade can make the country steady.Since the founding of republic of China, after decades of efforts, China has become the first largest trading nation in the world. So far, China has established12free trade zones with29countries such as Europe, the Americas, Africa, and promote the establishment of a free trade zone with the Gulf Cooperation Council members.On the other hand, China is the largest trading nation,but not the powerhouse of trade. From the style of trade, China still not completely change the extensive trade, which has limit on supporting the scale of export resources and environment carrying capacity. In some areas, the impoverishment of trade growth phenomenon still exists. In particular, a number of high technology content, and technology-intensive, high value-added,especially in associate degree industry. How to avoid the impoverishment of growth in China is the point of enhance China’s foreign trade level of practical which is significance to the subject.The idea of the subject is according to the phenomenon of immiserizing growth in China’s foreign trade and to learn from a variety of related domestic and foreign, international trade, international finance, international economics theory to establish the index of the trade poverty. Focusing on analysis of immiserizing growth in China. Through a comprehensive analysis on the basis of empirical data, obtained China’s automotive industry is subject to immiserizing growth. And then through the analysis of China’s foreign trade in line with trade the impoverishment growth conditions, the comparison of China’s overall trade with the automotive industry, to come to the conclusion of China’s foreign trade immiserizing growth. On the basic of freedom trading, we analyze the reason of immiserizing growth of China’s trade, and in the end we give the resolution. The main analysis through the following five topics:1. Introduces the purpose of this study, significance, methods, and review of the literature on immiserizing growth, as well as the strengths and weaknesses2. Theory Review, by reviewing the traditional international trade theory and the competitive advantage theory, analyze the form of the various terms of trade, the influencing factors, and further analysis of the reasons causing immiserizing growth.3. Research the immiserizing growth of China’s auto trade, by overview of the trade of China’s automotive industry to analyze China’s automotive industry terms of trade and further analysis of existing immiserizing growth phenomenon.4. Make the horizontal comparison of China’s overall trade and auto trade, by comparing the conditions of trade we get the conclusion that immiserizing growth,and further analysis of the reason.5. By this analysis, to make appropriate recommendations on how to avoid the impoverishment growth.
