"EMS Mode" is a typical manufacture mode in electric trade. Foxcoon is the No.1of the EMS companies and it is representative; Irrespective of the crisis and challenge, Foxconn got a wonderful achievement:it is in the first500corporations from2005(60th corporation in2010). The wonderful achievement is related to the competitive strategy. This treatise’s research is helpful to how to make the competitive strategy.This treatise’s research object is Foxconn Group, in this research, the article adopted qualitative and measurable way with many models including "5force model", also, this treatise based on many economic and administration thesises, much of material and field work. The paper’s whole structure is:introduced Foxcoon Group and its present marketing situation based on EMS Mode, display the macroscopical and field circumstances and internal conditions, and put forward Flextronics Group’s competitive strategy. The conclusions are as below:learning organization and execution ability are key competition; leading price, speed, patent, mass build are factors of success. The price leading competition has disadvantage too, giving out the suggestion:finding out the new increasing factor, improve the margin, enhance the R&D, lean etc.This treatise’s outcome, research way and structure are very helpful to this group’s strategy and competition management, besides, it can provide reference value to some enterprises in the same fields.
