With the roaring development of economic globalization the speed of market competition becomes more and more intense. At the same time, the marketUncertainty, the volatile market environment and the long-term development of the enterprise also increased. According to the American’Fortune’ magazine reports, the average life expectancy of small and medium-sized enterprises are less than seven years, the average life of a company is also insufficient40years. However, for China, the average life of the small and medium sized are only2.5years, the company or enterprise’s are only7or8years. In the United States, going out of business enterprises are about one hundred thousand, but in China, the number is over one million, is10times of America. This shows that the life span of the enterprise is short, and few of them can persist long time. But some enterprise is prospering, and some is dying halfway; some is sustainable development, some is a flash in the pan. Why Chinese excellent enterprises are short-lived more and long life less? There are many reasons. But the core root is only one, lack of the strategy which could lead the enterprise sustainable forward and have the real meaning of the new product. Especially in the development of the new product, the enterprises meet more resistance, at this time; the enterprises need new strategy pattern to adjust the market. Such as the internal resource integration highlights competitive advantage, the view of the new product will be extended to the external, let the market research analysis which does before, to determine the new product’s future market, so that could make the diversity of the product to obtain its continuous competitive advantage。The new product development is the important strategy of the long-term of the enterprise. But it can not only rely on blaze new trails, luck and courage. If so, sooner or latter, you will suffer a setback. above the summarizes, more enterprise failure, induces the following reasons:The company’s strategy objectives are not clear or make high goal which far away from the real; Everybody likes follow the crowd, know which could make money, do it; No data, no strategy, no heart, eager to success. Finally, these errors above prompted the enterprise lose the direction on their strategy, to lead the enterprise die of the "no strategy" management. We all know that the market like the battlefield, the management of the new product strategy is its realistic portrayal and light mirror. In a word, the new product strategy is the "top stone" of the enterprise management, is the outline of the enterprise activity, is a magic weapon to winning, and is also the foothold of the enterprise to improve its compositeness. The enterprise should pursue for a long-term development, but chasing a false splendor.
