The Urban Management And A Dministrative Law Enforcement Based On The Perspective Of Mticrulous Management

Along with the advancement of Chinese economic and the urbanization process, the city population and city scale are both getting larger and larger yearly. Meanwhile, the demand of people for high quality life also increases greatly.With this background, it is believed that the government did lots of useful attempts in urban management and law enforcement which actually have got great achievements. However, Viewed in perspective, the standard of our city management is far away from people’s life desire。Therefore, how to reduce the disparity between the old and the modern urban management styles has been the urgent matter.This paper tries to concretely analyze the flaws and vulnerabilities in China’s urban management, based on the practice of Nanchang, and especially mine the deep-seated reasons such as the legal system, institution building, team building, enforcement concepts, Etc. In accordance with the meticulous management thinking, combined with advanced theory and practical experience in urban management at home and abroad, this study attempts to put forward some proposals and measures to improve the administrative law enforcement of ChinaAccording to the research target, this paper is composed with six parts.In Part one, the author defines the specific meaning of the urban management and the administrative law enforcement, then sort out the specific theoretical context. At the same time, this part has defined the research ideas, research methods, and the innovation. Part Two is the details about the meticulous management theory at home and abroad, including the concept, the development, the character and the application. Furthermore, the third part, taking Nanchang Urban Administration, as an example, analyzed concrete issues, like management position, external environment and the intuitional setting and also discussed the overall direction of the China Urban Administration. The fourth section introduces the advanced experiences of the administrative law enforcement of urban management at home and abroad. The fifth part aimed to make the recommendations from the macro and micro levels. Part VI, the last part, is summary of all the contents.We try to use the meticulous management theory to analyze the urban management and administrative law enforcement in order to fully meet the standards of modern urban management. To achieve this goal, perhaps studying the power source and the legal construction in depth is the fundamental way.
