Study On The Change Of Land Use And Land Ecological Security In Guangdong Province

The land is the foundation of human survival and development. The human society has been faced with the population, resources, environment and development are closely related to the change of land use and the land ecological system. Land ecological security has become the forefront of research and one of the hotspots of the present ecological study. Guangdong owns various types of land use, the land use change quickly, study the change of land use and land ecological security in this regional, is of great significance in the regional sustainable utilization of land resources.On the basis of study at home and abroad, this paper expounds the change of land use and land ecological security relations. According to the1996and2008data of land use change of Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the land use change trend of guangdong province, and the results show that:during1996to2008, land use in Guangdong change speed, the year rate reached0.72%. Cultivated forestr and land y area is significantly reduce, which by3.2722million hectares of arable land reduced to2.8294million hectares; Garden land, residential areas and independent of mining land, and land for traffic has dramatically increased, among them, gardern area is789600hectares by increased to10084hectares; water conservancy facilities, grassland, other agricultural land have a little change.According to China statistical yearbook of guangdong province, the statistical yearbook, in1996and2008, the data of land use change in guangdong province and all kinds of environment based on statistical data, this paper choose the area of cultivated land per capita, forest coverage, per capita GDP, unit sowing area in the food production, the urbanization level index, use ahp to determine the weights and calculation the indexes safety index, with comprehensive index evaluation method to calculate the ecological safety degree of Guangdong Province. The results show that:(1)1996and2008land ecological integrated secure value were0.6538,0.6286, belongs to the level Ⅳ, is good condition, in this state, the land ecological service function is more perfect, and the ecological environment is less damage, but land resources use efficiency in general.(2) The land economy ecological security system for land ecological security comprehensive evaluation of the highest degree of influence among the influence of land ecological safety system of natural, economy, social.According to the specific conditions of Guangdong Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of land ecosystem, including:(1) Through the developing ecological agriculture, ecological industrial, agricultural ecological tourism to direct the land use to ecological use direction;(2) Intensive economical utilization construction land, improve the land utilization;(3) Strengthen the land ecological protection education, developing ecological demonstration propaganda and green create activities, to advocate green life and train people’s land ecological civilization consciousness;(4) From perfect the mechanism of ecological compensation, establish and perfect the legal system and the land ecological security land ecological security warning system that strengthening the land ecological security management.
