In recent years, with the growth of national economy and the speeded-up ofnational urbanization process, architectural decoration industry has developed rapidly,occupies an important position in the national economy. Because of the huge marketpotential, a large number of enterprises Involving architectural decoration haveemerged, in which LM enterprise is a diversified company collecting research,academic, and development in one. In an increasingly competitive market context, toachieve sustainable development, the LM must set clear development strategicobjectives, selecting and developing matching strategy.The purpose of this thesis is a comprehensive analyzing of the StrategicManagement Status and Problems of LM construction and decoration company,re-building a new development strategy to adapt to the market environment, andgiving effective protection measures. Based on the basic theories and methods ofstrategic management, combined with in-depth analysis of industry characteristics,this paper constructs new development strategies for LM enterprise, also put forwardspecific ideas and suggestions to enhance the company’s competitiveness and achievesustainable development.First, this article describes the condition of development strategy of LMenterprise, and get the result of the enterprise adopts stable development strategy. Butthe stable development strategy having some limitation and the strategic objectives ofthe development of enterprises is also not clear enough. Second, through theapplication of PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model analysis, the externalenvironment can be seen that the enterprises is in a favorable macro environment inthe political, economic and legal aspects. A greater impact factors for enterprisedevelopment is the supplier’s bargaining power and the purchaser’s bargaining powerin the architectural decoration industry. Third, through the analysis of the resources and capabilities, the internal environment of the enterprise is showed. By the analysisof internal and external environment, a favorable reference for the choice ofenterprise development strategies is provided. On this basis, by the SWOT analysis tosummarize the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknessesof LM company. Finally, the various strategic options of LM enterprise arecomprehensive evaluation, and a growth-oriented development strategy is opted.Enterprise development path with its own characteristics is explored, and thedirection for future development of enterprises is provided. In accordance with theresults of the analysis of this series, the finalized development goal of LM enterpriseis maintains the company’s leading position in the region within the industry. Basedon actual, looking at the domestic and seizing the opportunity to meet the challenge,using its own advantages of diversification, achieves leaps and bounds. This paperproposes concrete measures for building a scientific management system,strengthening of concrete measures of corporate marketing, human resources, costcontrol, and the building of enterprise culture. This study has reference value to otherarchitectural decoration companies.
