The central enterprise is a very important part among the every part which composed China’s national economy,. And as the direct operator and manager, the ability of management is one of the key point to decide the enterprise’s manage performance. And the central enterprise reform of the depth and speed, in a great extent, depends on the appointment of management also is appropriate.Nowadays, the focus and basic of a competition developed into the talented person’s competition. And an enterprise’s competitive advantage increasingly depends on the managers’gettability and applicability. Moreover, the managers’ability and quality of management is the key point to a enterprise’s management performance. So, selecting a suitable manager with the scientific system to the position, not only to complete the governance mechanism of central enterprises, and improve their social and economical management performance. What’s more, it will be the most serious problem faced by the process of improving the central enterprises’core competitiveness. In a word, to build a perfect selection system of central enterprises’management is meaningful.During the research course in this paper. the author firstly got to known of the central enterprises’currently selection forms and comprehend about central enterprises management selection status and existed problems. And then, we made an analysis of the central enterprises’own characteristics. And by making details of the competency indicators from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), the author introduced the scientific concept Competency, then combined with central enterprises’currently selection status and made out a series way of central enterprises’ managers selection. Finally, made out the construction of the management selection system based on the competency and set up the mainly flow chart.At the end of of the paper, the main content is about the author raised some advice of professional manager market and succession management plan to make a protection of the central enterprises’ management selected system. And then, made out our the final conclusion and the prospect.
