China, Japan And South Korea Tourism Cooperation Research

With the fast economic and social development, regional cooperation and interdependence is becoming a distinguished characteristic of the recent international relationship. And tourist cooperation is a vital part of global collaboration, which is definitely of great positive impact on keeping a good international relationship.The multilateral tourist cooperation of China, Japan and South Korea (CJK) shows a great promise for the future. All these three countries share extensive common interests and benefits on tourist development, not only for the considerable financial benefits but also for maintaining regional peace and stability. The practice of multilateralism will efficiently reduce the negative effects of both traditional and non-traditional impacts on tourism development.To study on the progresses and characteristics of CJK multilateral tourist cooperation can help us to identify the advantages and disadvantages for each side and seek countermeasures for promoting a further collaboration in tourist industry. In the meanwhile, this research has enriched theories and may permit exciting advancement on international cooperation.Based on the latest theory and academic achievements, this article systematically analyzed the roles and importance of each side in the multilateral cooperation and clarified the connotations and reaching significance in regional development. By expounding on current situation and influencing factors, the author made some reasonable proposals so as to offer a practical guiding effectiveness to Qingdao City on how to seize more chances and opportunities in CJK tourist cooperation.
