| Subsidized loans to poverty alleviation as an effective tool of theAnti-Poverty, Its unique leverage and hematopoietic function hasearned many honors. The success and failures of its practice makes itbecome a topic of widespread concern in theory and practicecommunity. In this paper the main object of study is news subsidizedloans to poverty alleviation since 2008. with the research methods suchas combi ning the normative research with the positive research,combining the qualitative research with the quantitative research, etc,and have carried out study on its development process, operation status,operation mechanism, experi ences and lessons learned fr om both t hetheoretical and the practical aspect.The main innovations output of this research includes:(1) The screening mechanism of subsidized loans to povertyalleviation is analyzed, the screening mechanism efficiency of newssubsidized loans to poverty alleviation is high.(2) The Participant behaviors of news subsidized loans to povertyalleviation are analyzed from the economic behavior, Phenomena andproblems in the process it runs are better explanation.(3) The incentive machanism of news subsidized loans to povertyalleviation are analyzed, high recovery in the process it runs are betterexplanation.(4) The course and development experience of subsidized loans topoverty alleviation are summarized, and specific suggestions tooptimize its development are proposed. |
